ขั้นตอนการประเมินราคาและขอบเขตงาน Quotation and Project Scope 报价与项目范围

The project scope is clearly defined before work begins. However, the Client is responsible for providing all necessary information, previous files, and supervisor comments promptly. เมื่องานเสร็จสมบูรณ์และได้รับการชำระเงินครบถ้วน ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของชิ้นงานนั้นจะตกเป็นของลูกค้าโดยสมบูรณ์ ผู้ให้บริการมุ่งมั่นทำงานอย่างมีคุณภาพสูงสุด แต่ผลประเมิน เกรด หรือการอนุมัติขั้นสุดท้าย ถือเป็นดุลยพินิจของสถาบันการศึกษา ผู้ให้บริการไม่สามารถการันตีผลประเมินจากสถาบันของท่านได้ Upon completion and full payment, full intellectual property rights of the work belong entirely to the Client. While the Provider guarantees the highest academic quality, the final grade, evaluation, or approval remains strictly at the discretion of the educational institution.
